We offer refunds or replacements for raw pet food products if they are defective, damaged, or not in accordance with our quality standards upon delivery. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Errors:
If you receive an incorrect product or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a refund or replacement based on the nature of the error.
No Refunds for Palatability Issues:
We do not offer refunds if your pet does not find the food palatable. Taste preferences vary among pets, and we cannot guarantee that all pets will like every product.
Return Process:
To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the issue. If applicable, we may request that you return the product to us.
Refund Processing:
